ABOUT PB FITNESS ONLINE
The people behind PB Fitness Online are New Zealand gym owners Gary Hudson and Kirsten Harford.
With over 45 years of combined experience we have qualifications in Personal Training and Life Coaching.
We developed PB Fitness Online as an online health and fitness membership. Our aim is to get people active and remain active through professionally designed exercise programmes, interactive workout videos, plus
on-going education and support.
From the beginner through to the advanced, our library of exercise programmes are updated and added to regularly to allow for continued progression and motivation.
Whether you prefer to train at home or in the gym your PB Fitness Online membership allows you to train online anytime.
We believe that living a healthy, balanced and sustainable lifestyle is key to an enjoyable life and we want to reach as many willing people who are ready to commit to themselves.

Whether you are needing to start with basic mobility exercises or more advanced 2-4 day splits we have you covered.
Each programme and interactive workout comes complete with full video instruction and is easily accessed from your mobile phone, tablet, computer or smart T.V.
For added motivation and tracking of your progress you have the option to schedule workouts, record weight and measurements, take progress photos and record meals into your own food diary, plus training results can be entered to monitor improvements.
MyFitnessPal, FitBit or Myzone can also be linked to the app.
