1. Fill in the membership registration below to create your account.
2. A login email will be sent to your nominated email address (or login via the login tab on website)
3. You will receive a welcome email and instructions on how to navigate your dashboard.
4. Before the exercise programmes are added please click on “Forms”, (PB Fitness Online Options/Levels/Waiver) enter in your desired training level and exercise programme options, i.e Intermediate-Gym Based.
5. Once the form is saved the allocated exercise programmes will be downloaded into your “Programme" tab.
