Ginger tea or ginger water has a number of health improving factors. Listed below are some of these benefits:

To prepare ginger tea, simply slice the ginger root (2 to 3 small slices or to taste) and place in boiling water to draw. The ginger can be reused for subsequent cups of tea. Avoid making the tea too strong as this may cause a burning sensation in your mouth. The added benefit to having ginger tea is remaining hydrated throughout the day.
